Booking Rules
* You must be at least 18 years old to book a room at Folsom.
* The person that books the room for a minor is responsible, whether he or she comes along or not.
* A deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid to confirm the booking.
* A booking is binding once it has been confirmed.
Cancelation Rules
* Cancellation up to 24 hours before the day of arrival = Cancellation Fee is 25% of the total amount.
* Cancellation within 24 hours before the day of arrival = Cancellation Fee is the full booking amount.
* In case of a no show or when the booking is shortened (within 24 hours before the day of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
